Dukan Galette
So, this recipe is from the Dukan diet. I think Kate Middleton was on it or something, it's a high protein diet. It's not even a real galette, but I still think it tastes pretty good. Anyways here's a recipe from it:
1 1/2 tbsp of oat bran
1 1/2 tbsp of non fat cream cheese
1 egg
Ok so that's it! But here is my suggestions on how to make it tastier!
Add frozen blueberries!
Add crap loads more oat bran for a more authentic taste
Add some non fat milk to make more batter without adding shit loads of calories
Unfortunately this recipe really needs some syrup since it's so much like a pancake, however I hope you don't let me down and use that cheap shitty fake maple syrup, I hope you splurge a bit for a bottle of the good loot and let the authentic rich flavor blend with the natural taste of the oats! (Holy shit my relationship with food is fucked).
Day 3. Thinspo: Kaya Scodelario.
OK, So today was pretty shit, but I think I've learned an important lesson in this process; you cannot starve yourself all day and not expect to go wonco by the end of the day. Let's just put it that way. I'm sure we can all guess how and why I fucked up today. I really want tomorrow to be different, here's what I plan on doing tomorrow: Wake up 5:30AM (Fuck) walk/run on treadmill, then have a nice ducan gallette, if anyone actually reads this and wants to know what they are I plan on making a 2nd post about them and the recipe. Then at lunch I'm going to have an apple, then I'm going to have lunch when I get home: roast beef with spinach and low/no fat swiss, and have dinner at maybe 9ish, I'm thinking I'll try this bowl of pho thing I bought. If there's anything we can take away from the European eating habits I think the times of day they eat are great. Breakfast, snack, lunch at 4ishPM then dinner much later 8/9/10ish PM. I believe that's how they do it according to some Euro friends. I think it's really good how they eat lunch at 4 and dinner at 9ish, because They'll get hungry again later so why eat dinner at 6?
So today's thinspo is Kaya Scodelario. I'm pretty much just obsessed with Skins and I think she's so skinny and pretty and it would be so lovely to look like her.

Day 2. Thinspo: Free People Model (I think).
Okay well the day's not quite over yet, but let's just assume I'm a good girl and I stick to what I plan on eating for dinner....
B: About a cup of multigrain cheerios with 5 roasted almonds and a bit of raisins: 250 cal
L: Banana with a tbsp of chunky peanut butter and 10 taro chips: 350 cal
D: Amy's Light and Lean soft taco fiesta: 220 cal
So about 820 calories altogether, not bad considering I've been eating like a pig lately! Today was a bit of a challenge in terms of minimizing portion sizes and the amount I snack. As you can see the thinspo today is just some random model, I have no idea who she is, but I saw this photo on the Free People blog, "BLDG 25," and I thought the girl was so lovely and light looking it was a must for day 2's thinspo..... I am ready for this challenge and I'm ready to lose ten fucking pounds!!!,,,, hoping to come in under 800 calories tomorrow,,,,, we'll see how it goes with the stress of school tomorrow...

Day 1. Thinspo: Kate Moss.
Ok. So this is the first night of the blog, just getting started, I'll post a starting pic, but let's talk basics. 140lbs 5'8'' waist of about 28in.... So my goal by Jan. 31, 2012 is 130lbs 5'8'' and 26in. Now My entire goal is actually 125lbs, but I figured I'm giving myself thirty days so I better just start off with ten unless it's going real swell in mid January. So that's it. I plan on lots of hungry stomach time. I have already lost 10lbs, I used to weigh 150, and calorie counting and portion control was mostly how I did it.
