Day 1. Thinspo: Kate Moss.
Ok. So this is the first night of the blog, just getting started, I'll post a starting pic, but let's talk basics. 140lbs 5'8'' waist of about 28in.... So my goal by Jan. 31, 2012 is 130lbs 5'8'' and 26in. Now My entire goal is actually 125lbs, but I figured I'm giving myself thirty days so I better just start off with ten unless it's going real swell in mid January. So that's it. I plan on lots of hungry stomach time. I have already lost 10lbs, I used to weigh 150, and calorie counting and portion control was mostly how I did it.
