Day 3. Thinspo: Kaya Scodelario.

     OK, So today was pretty shit, but I think I've learned an important lesson in this process; you cannot starve yourself all day and not expect to go wonco by the end of the day.  Let's just put it that way.  I'm sure we can all guess how and why I fucked up today.  I really want tomorrow to be different, here's what I plan on doing tomorrow:  Wake up 5:30AM (Fuck) walk/run on treadmill, then have a nice ducan gallette, if anyone actually reads this and wants to know what they are I plan on making a 2nd post about them and the recipe.  Then at lunch I'm going to have an apple, then I'm going to have lunch when I get home: roast beef with spinach and low/no fat swiss, and have dinner at maybe 9ish, I'm thinking I'll try this bowl of pho thing I bought.  If there's anything we can take away from the European eating habits I think the times of day they eat are great.  Breakfast, snack, lunch at 4ishPM then dinner much later 8/9/10ish PM.  I believe that's how they do it according to some Euro friends.  I think it's really good how they eat lunch at 4 and dinner at 9ish, because They'll get hungry again later so why eat dinner at 6?
     So today's thinspo is Kaya Scodelario.  I'm pretty much just obsessed with Skins and I think she's so skinny and pretty and it would be so lovely to look like her.
